💳 Payment Policy I accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, cash, and card for all services. Please make sure your payment method is ready at checkout so we can keep things smooth and on time.All services are non-refundable, but I’m always happy to fix any issues during your appointment. ⏰ Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late fee may apply at the end of your service depending on timing. ($10) ❌ No-Shows: No-shows will be charged a $15 no-show fee since all cards are required upon booking.After two no-shows, I may no longer accept future bookings. 📅 Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. Please text or message me directly to move your appointment or else you will be charged the $15 rescheduling fee. 💬 Satisfaction Policy If you’re not satisfied with your nails, please let me know before you leave the appointment so I can fix it right away! Once you leave, any fixes or adjustments will require a new appointment and additional charge. 💰 No Refunds: All services are non-refundable. I am happy to fix any issues during your appointment, but no money will be returned once the service is completed. 🚫 Respect Policy I treat all my clients with kindness and respect, and I expect the same in return. If you are rude, disrespectful, or mean, I have the right to refuse service immediately — no exceptions. 👯‍♀️ Guest & Children Policy You’re welcome to bring one guest with you to your appointment, as long as they are respectful and not disruptive to the environment. If you need to bring your child, I completely understand I’m more than happy for them to come with you! 💕 Please just text me beforehand so I can make sure the space is comfortable and that it won’t disturb others in the building. All I ask is that children are supervised and calm, so everyone (including you!) can have a relaxing experience.
